Tommy Jarvis has been in and out of mental hospitals since the day his mother was murdered by Jason Voorhees. He is now almost ready to face the world, and is moved into Pinehurst Halfway house. But Tommy has started having "visions" of Jason around the house. But that's impossible right? Because Tommy killed him Jason years ago....or did he? Soon one of the patients at the house is murdered by another one of the patients. Tommy's visions begin to get worse. And its soon discovered that there is another killer out there using Jason's old MO. Could it be that perhaps Jason isn't really dead? Tommy really didn't kill him all those years ago? Or has Tommy gone completely insane?
